Introduction:


The newly designed SNB series digital rotational viscometer is a high-precision viscometer developed and produced by Mianquan Scientific Instruments (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.


MAY-SNB viscometer adopts the latest highly integrated microcomputer chip, imported stepping motor and other key components, with LCD backlight display, program setting, automatic control, timing measurement, automatic scanning, error alarm and other functions. The screen directly displays information such as viscosity, temperature, timing measurement time, speed, rotor number, percentage torque, and the maximum viscosity that can be measured by the selected range. The full scale and linearity of each gear of the viscometer are all calibrated with standard silicone oil through the computer interface to ensure that the instrument has high sensitivity, high precision and high repeatability. The measured data is accurate and reliable with excellent repeatability.


MAY-SNB digital rotary viscometer can measure the absolute viscosity of Newtonian liquids or the apparent viscosity of non-Newtonian liquids. The data processing software of the viscometer can be used to analyze the rheological properties of non-Newtonian liquids.


It is widely used in fluid and semi-fluid production industries and scientific research units such as oils, paints, coatings, sizing agents, textiles, foods, drugs, adhesives, cosmetics, etc.


Main features of digital viscometer:


1. The measurement data is directly displayed on the LCD screen without secondary calculation.

2. Using the latest international microcomputer drive technology and imported stepper motor, the speed is accurate, stable and reliable.

3. Adopt advanced switching power supply technology, wide voltage and frequency range, the fluctuation of power supply will not affect the

4. The level display device is on the front of the viscometer, which is very convenient to adjust (new).

5. In all ranges, the display accuracy of the viscosity value is accurate to two decimal places, that is, 0.01mPa.S (new).

6. With the function of timing measurement, it is very practical for detecting non-Newtonian liquids (new).

7. The temperature probe can be selected to measure the temperature of the tested sample in real time.

8. With automatic scanning function, the instrument can automatically recommend the best combination of rotor and speed.

9. It can automatically display the maximum viscosity range that the selected combination can measure.

10. With a printing interface, it can be directly connected to a micro printer to print various data (new).

11. Optional data processing software can record the changes in viscosity with time, rotation speed or rotor (shear rate) and temperature in real time. This provides a good understanding of the viscosity and rheological properties of non-Newtonian liquids. Method means.
