Principle
Sound waves produce different vibration frequencies in liquid media with different specific gravity concentrations. The vibration frequency is detected by a piezoelectric crystal, and then converted into a specific gravity concentration digital signal by a microprocessor through a phase shifting and amplifying circuit; under normal circumstances , The specific gravity and concentration of liquids of different concentrations will show a certain mathematical relationship. According to the Lagrangian interpolation algorithm (y=E1x3+E2x2+E3x+E4, x is the specific gravity, y is the percentage concentration, E1, E2, E3 , E4 is the concentration conversion coefficient) to convert the corresponding concentration value under a certain specific gravity value.
