Product description

MAYZUM MAY-3001Online Refractometer adopts the principle of critical angle detection. It can be installed on pipes of different pipe diameters or on the walls of tanks for concentration monitoring and control. It can directly display percentage concentration or user-defined units on site. Display and remotely transmit analog signal (4-20mA) to the recorder for real-time data storage, printing, traceability and other functions; remotely transmit 4-20mA signal to PLC/DCS/frequency converter for monitoring or control. MAYZUM MAY-3001 online concentration meter is not affected by the color, turbidity, bubbles, solid particles and other impurities of the material, and has a high-precision automatic temperature compensation function. The fully shielded anti-jamming design and the direct conversion and processing of photoelectric signals ensure the accuracy of online measurement and prolong the service life of the instrument. The built-in fiber optic light path conduction system has anti-vibration performance and high stability, and the built-in temperature sensor and desiccant can effectively monitor the running status of the concentration meter. No consumables, maintenance-free, and drift-free.
