Principle introduction: 

MAY-2001-V0L Split type Alcohol Degree Tester is an intelligent monitoring device for alcohol content %vol developed by Mayzum Instruments. This instrument generates high-frequency vibration through a built-in motor during work. The vibration frequency generated in the liquid medium of different degrees is different. The frequency of vibration is detected by a piezoelectric crystal. which is converted into a digital signal of specific gravity concentration by a phase shift and amplifying circuit, and he fast interpolation lookup table algorithm independently developed by our company, calculate alcohol degree (%vol) of liquor and industrial alcohol.

MAY-2001-V0L split type alcohol degree tester can help users quickly detect the alcohol content of liquor and industrial alcohol without any auxiliary reagents. The instrument has the advantages of flexible installation, fast measurement, accurate and convenient reading, etc. This instrument supports online pipelines installation, sampling tank installation, mobile sampling and various measurement methods. Whether you are on the production line or in the laboratory, this instrument can be easily competent.

1.4.3 inch full-color high-definition display screen, touch operation, parameter setting is simple and clear;

2. Adopt PPEK anti-corrosion and dust-proof protective shell, long-term use will not be disturbed by environmental humidity and impurities;

3. Alcohol degree measurement range 0.1~100.0%, accuracy 0.1%;

4. Real-time monitoring of temperature value, automatic temperature compensation, thermometer is not needed, to avoid measurement errors caused by temperature changes;

5. No need for tedious look-up table, automatic reading of liquid contact, automatic display of alcohol degree value and temperature value within 1 second;

6. Suitable for fluid or static liquid, support pipeline installation online monitoring/sampling handheld portable measurement free switching;

7. The factory has been calibrated according to the requirements of the national standard, and there is no need to calibrate for long-term use;

8. All parts in contact with liquid are Hastelloy (more advanced and more anti-corrosion than 316 stainless steel), anti-corrosion, acid and alkali resistant;

9.A variety of output signals are available. The default RS232 and RS485 Modbus RTU digital values. Can be equipped with switching output, 4~20mA and other outputs.
