Principle

When the instrument is working, the built-in motor generates high-frequency vibrations. The vibration frequencies generated in liquid media with different alcohol levels are different. The vibration frequency is detected by a piezoelectric crystal, and the phase shift and amplification circuit is used by the microprocessor. Converted into a digital signal of specific gravity concentration; through the built-in alcohol database of the meter (integrated with more than 300,000 alcohol data tables), combined with our self-developed fast interpolation table look-up algorithm, high efficiency, high precision, and real-time calculation of liquor , The alcohol content of industrial alcohol (the volume concentration and mass concentration can be detected at the same time, and the mass concentration is in the blending wine industry).
