Measurement steps

Function introduction


1. Purpose

Principle


The German HBM load cell sensor is used as the main sensing component, the Archimedes buoyancy method principle is applied, and the PC-side data processing software is combined to accurately and efficiently measure the mass change rate and volume of automobile rubber O-rings. Expansion change rate, density.

Application scenario analysis:


In production, the quality inspection parameters of rubber O-rings for automobiles mainly include: mass change rate, volume change rate, hardness change rate, tear strength change rate, elongation change rate, etc. To calculate the rate of change of the above various parameters, it is necessary to measure the above parameters first, and then place them in 1# oil (aviation gasoline) at 150°C for 70 hours, and finally compare the various items before and after cooking. Changes in parameters. Taking the detection of the quality change rate and volume change rate of the oil seal of rubber O-rings as an example, the conventional instruments currently on the market for testing the quality change rate and volume change rate of the oil seal are made according to the experimental standards.
